Make your breath work for you.

You take over 22 000 breaths each day. Do you know if they are supporting you, or stressing you out?

This session helps you find the tweaks that will make you breathe better – so that your very own breath becomes a tool that softens overwhelm, steadies your energy and guides you back to baseline.

In just one session you’ll learn simple, personalized adjustments to improve your breath wave, and reduce physical and emotional stress longterm.

belly breathing is for beginners

Most people don’t breathe well. With around 15 breaths per minute, the impact on your physical and emotional wellbeing is huge.

A single deep breath is relieving, but doesn’t do much to your system. You should be able to return to a well-rounded breath at any time, and especially in stressful situations.

What you’ll learn

  • Identify where your breath is holding you back.

  • What is a healthy breath wave and how to train it.

  • How to expand your lung capacity over time.

Sophie says:

“Education and experience go hand in hand. Every breath has a purpose – and I want people to understand why it works, so they can confidently use it anytime. I explain what’s happening in the body, while making space for people to truly feel it. That’s where the shift happens.”
